Beautiful lobby with a well-maintained restaurant.
Our experience was marred by the hotel's hidden charges. We requested an extra coffee pod and were shocked to be charged $8 for something that should be complimentary. The street noise was unbearable.

Everything was beautiful, very attentive staff, pleasant views of the park. The location was central, close enough to cathedral, square & melecon, shops and the centre. It also was perfect to walk to Campeche's main sights.

I appreciated the beautiful lobby and the well-maintained facilities. The restaurant offered cleaner dining at reasonable prices compared to outdoor options nearby. The protected parking lot was easy to access and a huge plus for convenience.
The location had heavy traffic and wasn't very close to historical attractions.

Standard twin room with a large balcony overlooking a nice park. Absolutely perfect, wonderful staff team at the reception desk. Amazing and great location, not very far from Campeche Cathedral. And very close to cathedral, square & melecon, the history downtown and restaurants😃

Great vibe and location!
We had a blast! The lobby was super chic, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the yummy coffee! The room was quite spacious, but the WiFi was a bit of a pain. It kept dropping out. Still, the staff were friendly was good.

The location within the city walls provided easy access to local attractions. The large, clean rooms featured classic decor and had charming Juliet balconies. While the pool was appealing, it was crowded , limiting our enjoyment. Global dishes at the restaurant added an interesting twist to the dining options, further enhancing the stay.

Couple recommend it for a cozy escape
The place was super close to everything, just a short walk to the main square! Had a good breakfast with great portions and some live piano music one morning that really set the mood.
It was a bit pricey but reasonable enough for what you get.
